2026 Retrofit Success Lunch and Learn series

Our Retrofit Success Lunch & Learn series accompanies the launch of our Retrofit Success Guides, developed with contributions from more than 100 people across the retrofit housing ecosystem. The guides bring together practical insight from those delivering retrofit in real homes, on real streets and with real communities, as well as those experiencing the impact on the ground.

In each Lunch and Learn session, speakers from across the sector will draw on the learning from a specific guide and reflect on their own experience of delivering retrofit, sharing practical lessons from the field.

Our machine-learning control heats only the water required at any moment, making energy use more efficient and supporting efforts to tackle fuel poverty while enabling simple, scalable deployment across a diverse housing stock.

Our technology supports the wide-angle approach SHAP champions to accelerate sustainable housing. It strengthens performance across energy, comfort, and resilience. Mixergy systems shift demand to ease pressure on the grid, streamline compliance, and give housing providers clear, real-time insight into the health of their cylinder fleet. The result is housing that is more reliable, more efficient, and ready for a low-carbon future.

Through shared events like SHAP’s Lunch & Learn series, we contribute practical insight and real-world performance into sector conversations, helping those focused on sustainable, high-quality homes make informed decisions with confidence.
